What do I need to do

I never leave my guest portraits faceless. Even if it may be a hint of the guests facial features I always

It is first come first served. However, I do make exceptions for the guest of honor or couple and begin before I officially open the signups.

I charge a flat-rate package for a set number of hours.

50% deposit of full amount is required to secure your event in my schedule.

I will set up a table and with my supplies sometime before the event. This package is perfect for small occasions and get-togethers.

Before I take a snapshot of the guests I ask they write their information, name, and exact time of photo. that way, if any leave early or any portraits are unfinished by the conclusion of the event time I will finish them in my studio and mail them out later.

I hand out all portraits in clear protective sleeves.

About 30-45 minutes to setup and takedown.

Yes, I do travel! I reside in the Albuquerque, NM area. There are travel fees that will be included in the proposal.
Anything up to 3 hours away is priced by mileage.
3-5 hours is mileage and hotel.
5+ hours is by flight, hotel, and rental car.
