The Process

1. Fill out the live event artist form below
Reach out to me by filling out the information in the form below and selecting the package you’d like!

2. Free consultation over phone
This meeting is to see what you are looking for in a live event artist. We will discuss sizes, casual or surprise reveals, who or what you would like included in the painting. etc.

3. Proposal/quote is sent
Proposal outlining the painting details and investment will then be emailed. Once this is confirmed we move to the next step.

4. Deposit is received and date is secured
Once the deposit amount is sent to me that is my queue to lock in the event and officially mark it in my calendar!

5. (Reference Photos)
Before the event begins there will be opportunities to gather reference photos to use for the live painting. We will discuss who, what, and where you would like painted in the consultation.

6. Day of Event!
I will arrive early to unpack, set-up, and begin the early stages of painting. The fun begins!

Up to 4-5 hours of live painting + 5-10 hours in studio
Couple + simplified background
Finished painting delivered afterward
Signature – 16×20”

Includes up to 6-7 hours of live painting + 10-20 hours in studio

Includes up to 8-9 hours of live painting + 30-40 hours in studio

Depending on the season and how many paintings I already have in studio at the time it could take any where from 12-16 weeks after the event.

Of course! I would be happy to add them in! All I ask is for a couple high-quality images before the event.
(additional persons or pets that are not already included in the packages will be added on to the proposal)

The majority of my paintings look completed by the end of the event. If you would like yours then please let me know. Otherwise, I can place you on rush order. (keep in mind: each package does include studio time)

Yes, we can do a casual reveal or a surprise reveal!
A casual reveal for a live event painting is where guests are invited to watch the artwork take shape throughout the celebration. (that includes the bride/groom, guest of honor, family members, friends, etc.)
A surprise reveal for a live event painting involves a planned moment where near the end of the night I unveil a completed or near completed artwork to those who had no prior knowledge of the painting.

50% deposit of full amount is required to secure your event in my schedule.

For cancellations 30 days or more prior to the event the full deposit amount will be refunded. However, cancellations less than 30 days before the event the deposit amount will be retained by the artist.

I will arrive 1-2 hours before the event to set up and begin painting before guests arrive.

Typically about a 6×6-foot space is sufficient and good lighting close to a power outlet.

No! providing a meal is not necessary.

I use acrylic paints in all my live paintings because they are fast-drying, non-toxic, can be layered, and they provide easy cleanup.

At least 3-6 months in advance is preferable yet you are welcome to ask me for my availability sooner or later.

Yes, I do travel! I reside in the Albuquerque, NM area. There are travel fees that will be included in the proposal.
Anything up to 3 hours away is priced by mileage.
3-5 hours is mileage and hotel.
5+ hours is by flight, hotel, and rental car.

Just like everyone has a different signature, I believe artists have different styles. I am a confident artist and musician and I find that my ability to perform well under pressure is perfect for this role. I love nature and the human form so combining both to create a beautiful piece of artwork for you and your home is my greatest pleasure!
